Glenn Van Deusen
Marketing & Business Strategy
Glenn is a marketing and business strategy expert with more than 25 years of experience in building brands and companies. His skill at uncovering strategic insights that can deliver exponential results and then integrating those business drivers across multiple disciplines has been well proven in consumer packaged goods, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and communications industries. Glenn believes the most effective brand strategy and design solutions—those that drive business results—are grounded in a clear and deep understanding of the core issues from the perspectives of the customer and key influencers.
Glenn held brand management positions at Procter & Gamble and SmithKline Beecham and general management positions with Bausch & Lomb and Advanced Polymer Systems. He also founded two healthcare agencies for Saatchi & Saatchi, was Corporate VP and Worldwide Head of PAREXEL Medical Communications, and was a Principal with the branding firm of Congdon + Company.
Glenn has served on the Advisory Board of several early-stage companies and contributed his talents to major non-profit organizations as a board member and committee chairman. He has been a speaker and contributor on the topic of leveraging brand equity and strategy for business growth with Businessweek, Med Ad News, The Conference Board, and other national and global publications. Glenn received a business degree from Loyola University, followed by executive education at Wharton, Darden, and the Center for Creative Leadership.
Denis is a leading brand strategy expert, creating and launching brands for large enterprises and small start-ups for over 20 years, with a particular emphasis on IT, healthcare, industrial and financial firms. His clients have included organizations such as Boston Scientific, CenterLight Health System, Dell, GE Aviation, IBM Global Services, Mayo Clinic, Merrill Lynch, Tata Consultancy Services, Rave Wireless, Symantec, Tivoli Systems (now part of IBM), and many others.
Denis held leadership positions at Prophet, FutureBrand (as their CMO), Enterprise IG (now Brand Union), Brandlogic, and Siegel & Gale. Earlier in his career, he was a director at Gartner, Inc., where he served IT vendors such as IBM, AT&T, HP, Xerox and others.
Denis has appeared in major media outlets including The Wall Street Journal, CNN, CNBC, Financial Times, and BBC Radio. He is also a contributor to Strategic Planning for High-Technology Businesses (1987), rated one of the 10 best business books by Stanford University, and Harvard Business School’s The Landscape of Integrated Reporting (2010), an e-book compiled by Dr. Robert Eccles. Denis graduated with a B.S. from Fordham University and an M.B.A. from Columbia University.
Strategic Brand Design
With a keen interest in art and typography, Dan learned his craft at Maine College of Art and Fashion Institute of Technology. Since graduating 20 years ago, he has enjoyed helping clients solve complicated business problems through smart branding and design.
After years of working with classic New York brands such as Condé Nast, Robert Miller Gallery, Pace Gallery and Manhattan School of Music, Dan's love of the city led him to the role of Creative Director of Marketing and Events at New York magazine. What a delight to be there as this iconic brand created an early leadership position in the digital world of 24-hour coverage, blogs and branded content.
Leveraging his experience in both marketing and strategic design, Dan then spent time as a Design Director at Interbrand New York working with global brands such as GE, Covidien and Victoria's Secret.
Most recently, as the Senior Partner, Creative Director at Tenet Partners, Dan had the opportunity to work with great brands, among them IBM, Smithsonian Libraries, CFA Institute, John Deere and The Institute of Culinary Education. Building strong brands through thoughtful design, video storytelling and rich customer experiences has always been his passion.

Ben develops an individual voice and provocative creative for every client. His collaborative style inspires true thought leadership and contemporary ideation. Having worked in all facets of marketing, Ben possesses an expert understanding of where the crossroads of strategy, branding, and advertising meet to form truly successful, ROI-driven communications programs.
His work with credit unions like Liberty Savings Federal Credit Union, Garden Savings Federal Credit Union, Mountain America Credit Union, and Heritage Trust Federal Credit Union has been recognized by CUNA with five Diamond Awards.
In addition to his credit union experience, Ben has delivered successful creative solutions for AFS Intercultural Programs, Alma Bank, American Express, Bayer Corporation, Bessemer Trust, BKLYN Magazine, Genzyme Corporation, Group Health Insurance, Jersey Boys on Broadway, JPMorgan Chase, Kmart, New York-Presbyterian Hospital, New York Institute of Technology, Progenitor Cell Therapy, SuperStock Stock Photography, Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences, the United States Air Force, the United States Tennis Association, and Verizon.
Will is an expert in both qualitative and quantitative research methods as well as advanced marketing analytics, which he has used to support brand strategy and brand health assessment, customer experience management, target marketing, new product development, and pricing projects.
Will has held senior positions at Millward Brown Vermeer, Prophet Brand Strategy, and Lippincott. He has served a wide variety of clients across a range of industries including financial services, healthcare, high-tech, and consumer products.
He received a B.A. from the University of Vermont and a Ph.D. from the University of Denver.
Financial Services Analyst
Augusto combines market research rigor, comprehensive industry perspective, and in-depth client understanding to build effective branding that connects with target markets and achieves successful, enduring outcomes.
Augusto is actively involved in the financial services industry. He has held senior executive roles at Diebold, Lever Partners, FutureBrand, PSI Global, and Barnett Bank (now Bank of America) and consulted with Chase, Citibank, BankBoston, MasterCard, GE Money, National City, BBVA, UniCredit, Royal Bank of Canada, Itau, UniCredit, and Standard Bank.
Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and Italian, Augusto holds an M.B.A. from the University of Florida and an industrial engineering degree from the Universidad de Lima (Peru).
Ben is a brand experience designer with a knack for discovering new and unique ways of expressing brands across digital and printed media.
During his career, Ben has worked with a diverse set of clients and brands such as Acrow Bridge, Avanir Pharmaceuticals, BrightPoint, Federal Reserve Bank, HOYA Surgical Optics, Hear the Hungry, Penn State University, People Magazine, Scient Federal Credit Union, and Tradeweb. Ben holds a B.F.A. from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia and attended the renowned Schule für Gestaltung in Basel, Switzerland.
With 20 years’ experience in B2B communications, marketing services, and business development, Phil has built a strong reputation as a valued partner for senior executives across the financial and professional services sectors. He is particularly skilled at architecting strategies that will ultimately impact business expansion and growth – where organizational positioning, reputation building, innovation, and collaboration are key drivers of success. Phil currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the Greater Bridgeport Youth Orchestras and as an Advisory Noard member of the Ed Snider Youth Hockey Foundation.

Ron has over 30 years of media experience, having honed his skills at major agencies including Grey, McCann Erickson, Media Edge: CIA, Burkhardt & Christy, and Munn Rabôt.
Ron is an expert at building smarter, more robust media plans for digital programs, broadcast, and large scale out-of-home efforts. His financial experience includes American Express, Dime Savings Bank, Bessemer Trust Wealth Management, OppenheimerFunds, CMC Markets, and Ironbound Bank. In addition, Ron has developed media programs for BMW Motorcycles, Goodyear Tires, Coca-Cola, AT&T, Bristol Myers, Revlon, R.J. Reynolds, McDonald’s, Bahamas Ministry of Tourism.
Mary has over 20 years of experience in technology, research, and office management. Whether for profit or non-profit, Mary has experience on both sides of the fence, with an eye towards being technologically forward while also aware of the bottom line.
Mary received a B.A. from the State University of New York at Oswego and attended the Maurice Thorez Institute in Moscow, Russia.
Stacey has over 20 years experience in the corporate branding industry, having worked with leading branding and communications firms that include Enterprise IG, FutureBrand, and Infinia Group. She also has a keen understanding of the service industry as a result of her role as Marketing Director at Lion World Tours.
Stacey received a B.A. from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and a Certificate in Marketing from New York University.
Copywriting & Content Strategy
Emily enjoys working in all aspects of marketing, advertising, and branding. Her skills include communication strategy, project management, content creation, and copy development for print, out-of-home, social, and digital channels.
